Top: Costablanca ($10 - old), Pants: Suzy Shier sale ($10), Flats: Shoe Warehouse sale ($13), Necklace: Goodwill ($3)

Today was a rainy day and cold - consistent with what weather man said, so reached for my tan pants today. Its cute, comfy outfit and kept me warm - just what I needed this morning. Funny how clothes provide comfort to us too! The sun will be out tomorrow! :)

Yay, tomorrow is Friday and LONG weekend too!! :D

Golden Girl

My hubby called me a golden girl as we were heading out this weekend for a BBQ party - pig roast and beer! Had a great time!

Hope you had an awesome weekend! :D

My hubby called me a golden girl when I wore this outfit this weekend to go to a friends BBQ! :)

Teal and Leopard (Reception Weekend)

Shirt: Costa Blanca ($6), Pants: Suzy Shier ($10), Flats: Zellers ($8), Bangles: Forever 21 ($3)

I love these pants mainly bec they are ankle pants but more bec they go with everything. This khakhi color is so classsic! Teal shirt is so pretty with chiffon, lace and cute buttons on it and with some leopard mixed in - you get a perfect friday outfit for work - oh wait, but I am off today! ha ha

It is our wedding reception this week, we got married in Feb this year in India but this is party part 2! :D

I cant wait to see you all my in-laws family, my own family, friends, and me and my hubby all dressed up, it is going to be so much fun...all the girls get henna done tomorrow and my mani/pedi done too! and to top it all off, I am so thankful to have these beautiful times being brought in my life.

Teal Flowers

Cotton tunic: from India (gift), necklace: H&M ($10), Black skinny jeans: SIRENS ($15),
Wedges: Wal-mart ($15), Eaarings: Ardene's ($3)

We had a BBQ to go to this weekend and this is what I wore. I love this tunic my mom got me from India - it has 3 of my fav colors - white, teal and gold. It created a nice contrast with black jeans against it, didn't it?

'its the Season!

Sweater: Thrifted, Pants: GAP, Jewellery: URBAN

It is that time of the year where if you work at an office and you get invited for christmas dinners and lunches scheduled individually at every floor, its pretty normal. Wouldnt you agree office ladies? Lets just say I am trying to be a good employee and showing up at every party. It has many advantages afterall...bec well they all will have good food, happy conversations, christmas music in the background, and heck if nothing else I will get to dress up!! :)

Next week I am hosting a Samosa and Chai Party at work (I am east-Indian and love all the food goodness associated with it) and we love our samosas! Do you love them too? and it is my boss birthday that day so, I get extra 5 points for that. =)

This weekend is also something special - my bachelorette party and I finally found the perfect dress for it! It involves some sequins....they are EVERYWHERE this season, so why should I miss out? It will make a good EBEW too!

Are you loving sequins this holiday season?
